Report "My motorola razr has been acting strange. the outter screen goes immediately to the profiles and keeps cycling through them upon power up. also, the inside screen does the same thing, if i can get into another menu, it proceeds to cycle through the lists there. It always cycles upwards. assuming something holding down the up button on the side of the phone, any way i can resolve this without taking the phone in?"
