My mouse is freezing time to time.it works perfectly for a period and at a moment it's start to freeze. the freezes are not the same:some are shorter,some are longer and some times i have to remove it from the usb port and plug it back to work again. the mouse light it's on all the time. one time it just shut down (the light was off) and i had to restart the pc to make it work. another time i recieved a mesage:"problem with sub port" or something like that.again i had to restart my pc. i must say that for more then a year the mouse worked perfectly with the same OS and the same driver. help me, please!! sorry for my english

OK THERE COULD BE TWO PROBLEMS,BUT WITCH ONE IS CAUSING YOU YOUR PROBLEM?IS IT YOUR USB PORT?,OR YOUR MOUSE.WELL WHAT I WOULD DO IS BUY I CHEAP OPTICAL MOUSE AND SEE IF THAT WILL FIX THE PROBLEM,PROBABLY WILL,AND IF NOT THEN YOU KNOW ITS YOUR USB PORT,WITCH THEN YOU MUST TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO YOUR LOCAL COMPUTER TECH REPAIR SHOP,AND THEY WILL INSTALL A NEW PORT FOR YOU,BUT I BET ITS JUST THE MOUSE.I HAD A ALMOST THE SAME PROBLEM.HOPE THIS HELPS....BYE
Try to use a differnt usb port sounts like a possible conection shorting on the mouse cable its self, if u shake mouse to try create this error and error apears then there is a conection fault goign to mouse and it is shorting out the usb.
Get new mouse :P
