My MP3 got stucked and only displays ZEN V Plus on the screen
I have a ZEN v Plus MP3 and it hasn't been working lately. I charged it all night long, I reset it, but nothing seems to work. Also, it is not recognized by the computer.

Leave it charging[connected to usb] and press the reset while its connected-worked for me
