My mp870 transcend is freezing whenever i enter into the internal memory. What should i do??
I have tried the reset button so far and again when i do thee same my transcend mp870 mp3 play goes berserk. it freezes, i just bought it for my birthday

I have MP870 and the same problem.
Going to the "Settings > Format Internal Memory", solved my problem.
