My Navigator 3000 has a flashing digital display which is still displaying the correct time, however the hands are set at 8.40 and none of the functions work. I thought it might be the battery and the shop that I took it too told me that a new battery was put in but it did not stop the flashing display or reset the hands. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Regards

Flashing display definetely is warning for battery change. If the battery change did not solve the problem, you have to find your nearest watch repair shop and ask for rectifying the problem and repair if needed.Flashing display definetely is warning for battery change.
