My Neato is not on central time. When I set it for ie: 2:45 pm it comes on about 8 PM So I think it is on West coast time

My Neato is not on central time. When I set it for ie: 2:45 pm it comes on about 8 PM So I think it is on West coast time

Is it a GPS or Vacuum cleaner ?

Not west coast. it is perhaps pointing to russia or japan.
depends on the model and firmware and of course the setting
