My necchi sewing machine stitches too fast
It sews properly, but runs so fast I can't control what I'm doing properly. It's uncomfortable to use because of that. It worked slower until I had it overhauled a while back. Now it starts up so fast that I no longer can manage sewing on it. Model number is Necchi 537FA. How can I slow this thing down?

A lot of machines have a speed control, either on the machine or the foot control. I looked thru the manual and did not find anything about speed control. Look under the foot control for a screw that may have a + and - . Otherwise, you may want to take it back to see if service can adjust it for you.
