Report "My neighbor has an old quickie chair as a backup. When i turn on the power switch (at the control) the battery level indicator starts to turn on normally, but then it flashes about twice a second and the controls won't work. The alarm for brake or loose connection does not sound and works when brake or loose connection exists"
