My nephew has played with my phone and blocked it now all it says is puk code..... i cant get into the phone without entering this number any help with matter would be gratefull as this is a new handset and not to sure on working it myself at the min

PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY. Phone ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make.The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause. Very Simple solution is go to your service provider or call them to unlock that code If u have to call rather to go there, Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider.The service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. Tell him the details of your mobile.They will provide you PUK code free.
