My Neptune was working fine and I washed my comforter and now it won't drain and I can not get it to run or open
I washed my comforter. Took it out and it did not drain the water. Tried to run a load and it did nothing. Removed the clothes. Emptied the water and tried to spin out the rest. Door won't open and now it won't start either. What do I do now?

My unit is older than yours so I'm not sure about the differences. It could be the boards aren't talking to each other . Mine has two, one of the electrodes might be burned out and need replacing.
Remove the 4 screws that hold down the dispenser cover then remove the dispenser itself. You will find a yellow or green plastic string that should be close to the front,, then pull on it and open the door at the same time. If your comforter had some pieces fell off it may have got stuck in the drain pump. not letting it drain. Was the timer stuck on 7 or 9 minutes? If so there is a displacement switch inside the front cover that may have broken. Sometimes that will brake the switch when washing a heavy load. We take our comforters to the laundry mat, even we have a Neptune.
