My nespresso aeroccino machine seems either quirky or moody: sometimes it froths the milk, and other times it just kind of heats it up and stirs it, even though I'm pouring the right amount of milk in and switching it on each time. Troubleshooting help please?

THEY SAY MILK MATTERS. SKIM OR LOW FAT BEST. ALSO MAKE SURE IT IS CLEAN, WHEN YOU ARE CLEANING IT, REMOVE THE FROTHER, TO BE SURE MILK DOES NOT STUCK IM COIL, WHICH CAN MAKE THE FROTHER, NOT MOVE AS QUICKLY AROUND.
