My new balance 1500 treadmill works great but the last couple days its starting to make a clickinng noise around the belt. It sounds like its tranfering from the motor area. The belt has never been tightened but appeared to have decent tension. the belt is good, but could the tightning stop the clicking? any advise or a web site with a manual. thanks JOEL

It sounds like you have a bearing failing, either in the front roller or the motor. If it is the front roller it will be a dull "Clicking" noise, if its the drive motor it will be a growl noise. The growl will be so loud at top speed you wont be able to even talk over the noise. Remove the motor hood and this will help you determine the culprit.
