My new printer refuses to work. It just screams and says there has been a printer error. I have just set it up for the first time and installed the ink cartridges - five of them. Chris Shute
Did you already searched the user manual for troubleshooting on your problem? If yes and the problem remains, you should contact your reseller and ask for help or changing the printer for a new one (if possible test the new printer at the reseller to check if it has the same problem).
