My new t-mobile Hero receives via linskey when on Nevis or in Antigua. the minute I get to my present home on Montserrat(I am UK citizen & my phone is from England) I get no contact on my phone unless I am at home using my wifi.I do not want that as I have a pc at home. I need to be able to use it when out of the house. We have Cable & Wireless on island (LIME). Is the problem with them? If so what do I need them to do?

Hi, first of all i think there is no network within you home area and this problem should be from Cable & Wireless, and you have to contact them to resolve the issue..

Hi, since you can pick it up with your wifi at home, then the network is not strong enough with your home area for the phone to pick it up itself without the help of the wifi..
