There are two things that you could do. One is to power cycle the phone and to bring it to the Nokia.
To power cycle it, please follow the steps below:
1. Turn off the phone. 2. Remove the battery, SIM card and the memory card. 3. Leave it for about 5 minutes and then put everything back to the phone. 4. Restart the phone.
If same problem persist, bring it to the Nokia Care Center near you for possible firmware upgrade.
