My nt2 fires up (and sounds great btw) but after just a few minutes fades out. If I jiggle or just touch the roll off switch on it, it comes back to life but only briefly. Frustrating not to be able to use my favorite mic and I don't want to replace it. Is the switch or internal circuitry the problem?

I would check the roll off switch first. If the mike is still under warranty, take it back where you got it for replacement or repair. Hope this helps.
