If so, then it has developed a fault. Check the battery fault light on the UPS panel. Perhaps it's battery is dead, or batery charging circuitry is faulty. Anyway, it would most probably need professional attention by a serviceperson.
If it did not, double check whether you have connected the computer etc. to the proper sockets - many UPS devices have a couple of UPS-powered sockets plus additional sockets with surge protection only (no UPS power!) for high power devices like laser printers etc.
