My old NAD C350 AMP diode turns green when the amp is switched on, says one click, but the second click sound does not appear, like in the good old days. What to do?

Your receiver has a condition known as DC Offset, meaning you have a damaged amplifier. That second relay click, that you don't hear now, is the speaker protection relay not closing, due to the damage.
