My Olevia 232 s12 tv seem to have blown out, my daughter used a hair dryer while the air was on the electricity stop. used the circuit breaker everything came back on except the tv. fix it or toss it
Great tv, olevia went out of business and warranty long expired. is it worth getting fixed, or could I do something to get the power on the tv on again?

If your comfortable doing it take the back off and check the main power fuse on the power supply, replace it if blown but it may blow again, if it does the rectifier in the hot side of the PS board is shorted and needs replacing or it will need a new power supply board...Good luck!
