My Omnitech shredder(OT-NXC14PA) kept jamming. I unjammed & it's totally clean of all paper. It runs fine in reverse & the green light comes on in auto mode, but it won't accept any paper to shred

Ok once you have unjammed your shredder try to reduce the thickness of your load and slowing down the paper going thru hope this helps
