My Oster 2-slice toaster only toasts on side of the bread' do I need to replace an element ?

My Oster toaster seems to have a burned out element. (bread only toasts one side of the bread ) How can I repair it ? Model TSSTRT2SST

You definitely don't have the "bagel" button pressed, right? If it is in bagel mode, it only uses the heating elements on one side.
