My oven will not stay on .i unplug and turn bake and temp on starts to heat up and shows error code F9 electric amana stove

It has something to do with a motorized door if you are getting this error code F9. The most common thing that needs to be checked is the latch. If you find it faulty you will need to replace it with a new one. You may contact Sears for the replacement part at 1-800-252-1698; M-F 6:30 AM-10:30 PM - Sat 7:00 AM-9:30 PM - Sun 7:30 AM-9:30 PM - All times Central.
