Hello, we just received the My Pal Violet for my 1 year old daughter. We haven't taken it out of the box yet because in the demo mode, there is a very audible whine that can be heard behind whatever Violet says or sings. Is this normal for the demo mode? Does our Violet have a problem? Not sure if we should take it to a store and exchange it for another, or if the whining will resolve once we program the toy. Thanks for the help!
