My sympathy. You are having a bad day. The most likely cause is your defrost evaporation pan (if the refrigerator is frost free and almost all within the last 20 years are) the defroster runs water from the freezer unit (and maybe refrigerator unit) down a tube to a pan under the machine. You will need to pull the machine out where you can get all around it, find the pan, pull it out (may have water in it) empty the pan, clean the pan (if you have had the machine long, it may be nasty), and then make sure that the tube is clear. Sometimes the part that goes from the tube to the freezer and or refrigerator compartment is tilted down so the water goes into the machine instead of down the tube.
You also need to clean the coils and other parts of the underneath of the refrigerator while you are there.
If this does not fix the problem, you probably need to pay for a service call. Sears is always sending me e-mails telling me how cheap their service is. You may want to check it out before your start as they may give you a "special introductory offer".
