Report "My PC cannot locate my external HDD (WD) or it's CD. It can be connected to VLC player somehow. It happened to my second disc when I was watching a video on VLC player, I paused it and try to play it after 1min but nothing happened. Afterwards I closed the VLC player and it showed me that data are lost and I couldn't see my disc connected to my PC. My PC didn't located the disc after I tried again. We tried it on different PCs but it was not located. We've got drivers for it on all PCs. Please help"
