My pc crashes at times when cpu usage maxes out at 100%
Happens mainly when converting files to dvd andeven when burning dvds. Basically any time when my cpu usage hits 100% my pc switches off!

Try removing the stock cooler, cleaning it, removing the thermal paste, try Artic Cleaner. I would get a fan with higher CFM.
:) Good luck!
After removing the thermal paste, try using Artic Silver Freeze.
