My PC did an automatic update overnigt and when I came in and did a hotsynch on my m130 I lost all address information from M-Z. How do I restore the information

Hi, you can do a system restore of you pc by on the START button, then you click on HELP AND SUPPORT, then you go to SYSTEM RESTORE. When you get to system restore, you will be asked to choose a date you will like to backdate your system to, you can now choose the day before the automatic update was done and click ok. What for the system to restore and restart, then you will be able to retrieve your lost information..
