That's a really nice motherboard. I've had ASUS mobos for 5 years now.
When there are no beeps, that usually means that you've been upgrading the system and something isn't plugged in exactly right.
I take it the fans come on and stay on, you just don't get beyond that.
If you upgraded a PCI or AGP adapter, please power off the machine and reseat it firmly in the motherboard. Same with memory chips.
If you've replaced your power supply, make sure that the ATX plug is also inserted in the right socket of your motherboard.
If you've done no maintenance, then it could be dust... vacuum carefully.
If that doesn't restore your system to working condition, then you might need to follow the procedures to reset your BIOS in section 1.9 of the manual "Jumpers" Item 1 - CLRTC on page 1-21 of your manual.
