My pc doesn't fully load and all i get is a black screen and a loud noise. I've tried using my disks but nothing works. what should I do now

Try to download recover CD/DVD from the vendor website or ask the dealer to provide the recovery CD/DVD where you have purchased the system. Else need to install the OS from any other OS CD/DVD.
