This data will not be recoverable unless you have a backup for that device so you can peace the information you are retreiving and understand the code and complex data stored on that device

you try installing the drivers over the top of the old on hoping to fix the clitch maybe something simple happened and a liitle peace of the program mulfuctioned and re installing the software fixs it for a few days, but if you do fix it please go and get anytype of updated software and install it.
