My pen is appears to have no power and unable to use - I have tried to charged but pen does not show any signs of charging can you suggest how I can fix this?
I have managed to download all contents from pen. When removing from computer I found that when I went to smart note pad to use on putting pen to record function it fails to illuminate and nothing happens.

How old is it? The OLEDs on mine went south after a few years. I find the pen, albeit a great idea, the execution is junk. No user replaceable battery?? Its really planned death.
