My Pentair Easy Touch inside remote reads 'No Comm' even though batteries are fine. I get the same message even close up to the transmitter antenna. My pool service looked at it and noticed

Your power center outside has to be "trained" again so it and the remote recognize each other. I don't have the charts in front of me but check your manual or one online. It's fairly simple to do.
If that still doesn't work, the problem may be with either the remote or the power center. Good luck with it.
This worked for me, too. The key was that the power had to be cycled and then comms retrained. My unit had stopped COMMS after a power brownout.
