You will need to replace the drive. The drives are not an item that can be repaired. How old is the Intelliflo? Your pool guy should be able to help you with a replacement. I would make sure that you call and confirm that you have a VF or a VS pump. F=flow and S=speed. Also make sure you do not have SVRS vacuum entrapment protection built in to the drive. If you do you'll need to contact Pentair directly.
