Assuming your tyres have the correct pressure, uncontrollable shaking in 3-wheeld swiveling strollers is usually caused by bearing slack. Please check the front wheel bearing. It should allow the wheel to rotate freely but it should not be loose on the axle. (ie. It should not slide sideways on the axle.) In this case you would need a new front fork/wheel assembly.
Please let a dealer have a look at it. As the Vibe has not been around for very long, you may still have warranty.
