My phone won't restarted when the last time i took out the usb cable without stoping the software first
My phone won;t restarted and it keeps blinking on and off . i even try to take out the memory card because i am scared of losing my data.

You need to take the phone and have the firmware reflash on the phone, you can do this online at topsony.com or take the phone to a repair service center and have them do it for you.
