My pink Creative ZEN Mozaic LX is frozen! It will not move or shut down. I don't want to reset it, because all of my song, pictures and info will disappear. I am not sure what is wrong with it. Please tell me what to do

If you reset it using a paper clip in the small reset hole, you will not lose any of your music or files that are on your mp3 player. But if it still acts up after the reset, then you may need to do a format which will erase all of the stuff from your player, but you should not need to do a format.
I used to have a creative. i don't think it will delete all ur stuff on ur mp3. i had the zen V+. if it does, it shouldn't take that long to upload it back on there. there should be a small whole on the side or somewhere, that you can reset it. use a small needle or a very thin object. it should start up right after. hope i helped!
Okay just let the battery run out then re-charge it then you should be good to go.
