The most popular way of re-setting the driver to top dead centre is to take the nails out of the tool, find a peice of scrap timber, make sure that the air is not connected to the airline at this time then, put the tool onto the timber as though you're going to use it. Push the nose down & pull the trigger. While ayou are doing this re connect the airline to the tool. This should correct the problem.
Usually, this will happen to any make of tool. It is just a fact of life & now way is a bad mark against the brand!
