My pool pump wont start. Makes no sound at all
I was running pump but turned off to back wash and when I turned power back on ,I initially got a hum but nothing else. Then I thought it had overheated. I let it rest overnight. Now when I turn the power on it makes no noise at all. Dead.

Clean the impeller to make sure nothing is clogging it. Then, Take the back casing off of the motor, and there should be a place where you can use a screwdriver to manually spin it. Spin it as you turn it on, and it should start right up. Mine didn't have a problem after they.
