I Have a Samsung Galaxy Prevail 2, My prevail 2 keeps shutting down and gives me this mesg. Unfortunately touchwiz has stopped and says the same thing about Badge provider??? I noticed two similar post w/o answers. i guess it's pretty much over for this phone. I too am with Boost Mobile.
