My Print Shop 21 became inactive for no reason recently. Now I cannot retrieve files from the program. How do I reactivate the program. I have tried the disc but it will not accept it

Hi, it sounds like you need to uninstall this program, reboot computer then reinstall from disk. Hope this helps, if not come back to me. Regards
