Hi, you can try plugging the printer to a different known working power outlet in the wall. If still not turning on, try to unplug the power supply (black box) behind the printer where the power cord is plugged in but the other end still plugged in the power outlet in the wall. The power supply should have a green indicator light on. If not, check any physical defects on the cord or the power supply itself. If on, plug it back in and make sure to plug it in correct position in the slot. Note that it can be plugged in incorrectly so just double-check the position of the power supply itself.
