My Problem: I can't view the recorded video, only the Audio is heard. Someone adviced me that I need to download the software. Where can I get the latest update of the software? Can I buy the CD? Sincerely Jose D

Then go down the page and click on your model of your camcorder.
It will come up with a file to download, download it to your desktop, then go into add/remove programs and make sure to uninstall the version you have now. Then go ahead and install it and that will be the latest software for your camcorder.
