My problem is exactly like the one chrisn569 on Dec 21, 2009 related to you. I bought Roxio Creator 2010 and it installed fine the first time but now I can't uninstall. I tried to repair it with the disc wizard but am now getting a message '' setup encountered an error during installation. Error Code = O4C7 '' I also received '' Internal error 2753. CP Monitor.exe. ODF9F8F7_C930_457D_A621_BD6990E3A9A7 '' It seems to incur the error at removing CinePlayer. Unfortunately the original problem appeared when I tried to run the disc burning function and as I have uninstalled it I don't know what the original problem message was. Advice received at that juncture was to reinstall. I have tried cleaning up the registry with RegCure, running setup with all startup items disabled. My computer is a Dell Dimension 4600. I am running Windows 7

Running the RegCure won't help. Use RevoUninstaller to remove the entire program (Roxio) as Revouninstaller will show you all the registry entries which you can delete it very easily.
