My problem is removing the lid. It slides and locks in to place easily, but when I want to remove it, I have to use a lot of muscle. I'm worried I'm not doing it right. This is a model K813SB. OLD! I only use it once or twice a year and this seems like a problem I have to figure out each time. (No hints in the manual.) The pulse button is up, by the way. I just don't want to break the locking mechanism so it doesn't run anymore. Thanks! I need the answer NOW!
