My problem is that my yoke makes a cracking noise when I'm turning it slowly. I can both hear it and feel it, it's very annoying. Also the center point is not exactly in the middle, it's slightly to the left instead. I've installed the latest drivers but I can't fix problem nr.2. Could you please help me? You have a "mechanical" problem with the yoke, as it transmits electronic signals to respond to the movement.
Installing newer device-drivers cannot address any "physical" problem with the electro-mechanical parts of the hardware.
Some mechanical part has slipped from its proper position.
Disassemble it, carefully, and see if you can adjust it back to its proper position.
