My problem should be a real simple one. I can't uninstall Arcsoft program. Keep getting messages: Access is denied cannot delete this it is being used by another program..etc. I tried rebooting and still get this same message. Why is this happening?

If you really want to remove that program,boot into safe mode and use the Windows uninstall program.When in safe mode,only windows loads no other program is allow (by default) when starting.So you should not get that message during the uninstall process.
