Check if you are getting power to the treadmill by simply plugging in a lamp first to the outlet then check if the on/off reset is engaged. Then if you have to proceed to under the motor shroud (See owners manual for removing shroud) you will need a multi-meter to trace back to the Motor Control Board to see if you are getting AC Power. Then if you have power up to this point you'll have to check the wire harness leading to upper console to see if it has proper DC ( 5v or 12v ) voltage leaving and going to the upper console. If you have voltage leaving the board, if not replace the lower board, if you have no voltage reading to the console replace harness, if you do then either the safety key circuit or upper console is defective.
