Hi, The first thing you need to do is to get someone to check the gas pressure before the gas valve and also at the manifold after the gas valve... make sure that it is at the gas pressure that the nameplate calls for on your unit.
There has to be a problem with a regulator or the gas for for you to be getting enough gas to make that big of a fire inside there...
To troubleshoot this you need to have someone with the specialize gas testing equipment need to check the gas pressure.
