My pump would only come on for four sec. than go off. the contacts were still pulled in but not running. so i replaced the presure switch. that did no good,checked air in tank and it's at 37 psi,pulled the pump checked for leak,tighted all fittings.same results. so i changed the pump still not working rite and the water is blackish.can you help me
