My Quark 6.5 isn't launching. I've reinstalled and it's still not working. Now what do I do? I have a MacBook Pro laptop and I'm using OS X 10.4. Thanks for the help

Scan your pc with anti virus, clean all the virus, and than reinstall your My Quark 6.5
note :
use avg free or mcafee for free anti virus solution and dont forget to update the anti virus, hope this help
